What is PrintReadyTool.com?
PrintReadyTool.com is an AI-powered platform for generating beautiful, print-ready PDF documents in seconds. Describe what you need, and our AI handles the structure, content, and layout — so you get a polished, downloadable PDF without the formatting headaches.
What tools are available?
There are four tools:
- Cookbook — AI recipe book generator
- Emergency — AI emergency plan generator
- Resume — AI resume generator
- Travel — AI travel itinerary planner
Do I need an account to use the tools?
No. You can generate documents and download PDFs without signing in. An account (Google Sign-In) is required for cloud save, document history, encrypted saves, public share links, and Pro features.
What languages are supported?
The platform automatically detects the language of your input and generates all content — including the PDF text — in that language.
AI Generation
How does the AI generate my document?
Your inputs are sent to the Google Gemini API, which returns structured content conforming to a strict schema. The content is then rendered into a print-ready PDF in real time.
Can I regenerate only one section instead of the whole document?
Yes, section-by-section regeneration is available on the Pro plan.
Why does the AI output vary between runs?
AI-generated content is inherently variable. The same prompt may produce different (but equally valid) outputs each time. We do not offer refunds due to dissatisfaction with content quality — see our Refund Policy for details.
Does PrintReadyTool.com use my document content to train AI models?
No. We do not use your document content to train any AI models.
Should I include sensitive personal information in my inputs?
No. Please do not include sensitive personal information such as social security numbers, financial account numbers, or medical records in document inputs. Your inputs are transmitted to the Google Gemini API to generate content.

What does the Free plan include?
- 5 AI generations per month across all tools (resets on the 1st of each calendar month UTC)

What does the Pro plan include?
Everything in Free, plus:
- Unlimited AI generations
- Cloud save & document history
- End-to-end encrypted saves
- Public share links
- Section-by-section regeneration
- Priority support
When does my monthly generation counter reset?
The counter resets on the 1st of each calendar month (UTC), regardless of when you signed up.
How do I upgrade to Pro?
Click the upgrade prompt in the app or visit the Pricing page. You will be redirected to a Stripe-hosted checkout page to complete payment.
How do I cancel my subscription?
Open your account settings and navigate to the billing portal (hosted by Stripe). You can cancel at any time. Your Pro access continues until the end of the current paid billing period — no partial-period refunds are issued.
What happens when I cancel?
Your Pro access remains active until the end of the current billing period. After that, your account reverts to the Free plan (5 generations per month). Your saved documents are not deleted.
Can I switch between monthly and annual billing?
Yes. Upgrades take effect immediately. Downgrades (including switching from annual to monthly) take effect at the end of the current billing period.
Refunds
Can I get a refund?

Annual plan renewals follow the same 7-day window as monthly plans.
What is NOT refundable?
- Cancellations where the remaining period has not yet ended
- Charges where more than 1 generation has been used
- Requests outside the applicable refund window
- Downgrades from Pro to Free mid-period
- Dissatisfaction with AI-generated content quality
How do I request a refund?
Email [email protected] with your account email address, the date of the charge, and a brief reason. We aim to respond within 3 business days. Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method (typically 5–10 business days depending on your card issuer).
Documents & PDF
Can I preview my document before downloading?
Yes. A live print-ready PDF preview updates in real time as you edit.
What page sizes are supported?
A4 and Letter (US). You can switch between them in the document settings.
Can I customize the look of my PDF?
Yes. Each tool offers multiple built-in themes and independent control over fonts, colors, page size, margins, and font size.
Can I share my document with others?
Yes, on the Pro plan you can make any saved document public to get a shareable short link. Anyone with the link can view the document. You can revoke access at any time by toggling the document back to private.
Can I password-protect a shared document?
Yes. You can enable client-side encryption before sharing. Viewers will need to enter the correct password to see the content.
Privacy & Security
Is my data private?
Yes. Documents are private by default. You control whether to make them public via a share link.
What is client-side encryption?
Client-side AES-256-GCM encryption means your document is encrypted in your browser before being sent to our servers. The encryption key is derived from your password using PBKDF2 and never leaves your device. We store only the encrypted ciphertext and cannot read or decrypt your data.
What if I forget my encryption password?
We cannot recover it. The key never leaves your device. Store your password in a safe place and use a password hint that helps you remember it without revealing the password itself.
Does PrintReadyTool.com use advertising or tracking cookies?
No. We use only a single essential session cookie to keep you signed in. We do not use third-party advertising cookies, cross-site tracking pixels, or analytics cookies. See our Cookie Policy for full details.
Does PrintReadyTool.com sell my personal information?
No. We do not sell your personal information to third parties.
Who processes my payment?
All payments are processed by Stripe. PrintReadyTool.com does not store your card number, CVV, or bank account details. We only retain billing metadata (Stripe customer/subscription IDs, plan type, status, and billing period end date).

How do I sign in?
Sign in with your Google account via Google OAuth. No separate password is required.
What is the minimum age to use the Service?
You must be at least 13 years old to create an account and use the Service.
How do I delete my account?
