Refund Policy

1. Overview

This Refund Policy applies to Pro plan subscriptions purchased on PrintIdea.AI. All payments are processed by Stripe. By subscribing, you acknowledge and agree to this policy.


2. Subscription Refund Windows

2.1 Monthly Plan ($9.00 / month)

A full refund of the most recent charge may be requested within 7 days of the charge date, provided you have used no more than 1 AI generation since that charge.

2.2 Annual Plan ($72.00 / year)

A full refund may be requested within 14 days of the initial purchase date, provided you have used no more than 1 AI generation since purchase.

Renewals of annual plans follow the same 7-day window as monthly plans.


3. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be issued for:

  • Cancellations that take effect at the end of a billing period (the remaining period is not refunded).
  • Charges where the usage threshold has been exceeded (more than 1 generation used).
  • Requests made outside the applicable refund window.
  • Downgrades from Pro to Free mid-period.
  • Dissatisfaction with AI-generated content quality, as AI output is inherently variable.

4. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, email us at [email protected] with:

  • The email address associated with your account
  • The date of the charge
  • A brief reason for your request

We aim to respond within 3 business days. Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method. Processing time depends on your card issuer (typically 5–10 business days).


5. Exceptions

We may grant refunds outside the above windows at our sole discretion in cases of verifiable technical failure on our part (e.g., the Service was completely unavailable for an extended period and the issue was not resolved).


6. Chargebacks

If you initiate a chargeback without first contacting us, we reserve the right to suspend your account pending resolution. We encourage you to contact us directly — most issues can be resolved quickly without a dispute.
