1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using PrintReadyTool.com (the "Service") at PrintReadyTool.com, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

2. Description of Service

PrintReadyTool.com is an AI-powered platform that generates print-ready PDF documents across four tools: Cookbook, Emergency Plan, Resume, and Travel Itinerary. Documents can be previewed in real time, downloaded as PDFs, saved to the cloud, and optionally shared via a public link or protected with end-to-end encryption.

3. Accounts

  • You must sign in with a Google account to save documents, access cloud storage, and use Pro features.
  • You are responsible for all activity under your account.
  • You must not share your account credentials or allow others to access your account.
  • You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service.

4. Subscription Plans

4.1 Free Plan

Free accounts may generate up to 5 AI documents per month across all tools. The counter resets on the 1st of each calendar month (UTC).

4.2 Pro Plan

Pro subscriptions unlock unlimited AI generations and additional features including cloud save, end-to-end encrypted saves, public share links, and section-by-section regeneration.

Prices are in USD and exclude any applicable taxes.

4.3 Payment

All payments are processed by Stripe. By subscribing, you authorize Stripe to charge your payment method on a recurring basis at the start of each billing period. A valid payment method must be on file to maintain an active Pro subscription.

4.4 Renewal and Cancellation

Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled before the end of the current billing period. You can cancel at any time from the billing portal in your account settings. Upon cancellation, your Pro access continues until the end of the paid period — no partial-period refunds are issued unless required by applicable law.

4.5 Plan Changes

Upgrades take effect immediately. Downgrades take effect at the end of the current billing period.

5. Refunds

Please see our Refund Policy for full details. In general:

  • Monthly plans: refunds may be issued within 7 days of initial purchase or renewal if no more than 1 generation has been used.
  • Annual plans: refunds may be issued within 14 days of initial purchase if no more than 1 generation has been used.
  • Cancellations do not trigger refunds for the remaining period.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable law.
  • Generate content that is defamatory, obscene, hateful, or infringes third-party rights.
  • Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or extract the AI models or underlying infrastructure.
  • Use automated means (bots, scripts) to generate documents in excess of plan limits or to abuse the free tier.
  • Circumvent, disable, or interfere with any security feature of the Service.
  • Upload or submit any sensitive personal information (e.g., social security numbers, financial account numbers, medical records) as document input.

7. Intellectual Property

7.1 Your Content

You retain ownership of the document inputs you provide. By using the Service, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive license to process your inputs solely for the purpose of generating and delivering your documents.

7.2 Generated Output

AI-generated document content is provided to you for your personal or professional use. We make no claim of ownership over the output. You are responsible for reviewing generated content for accuracy before use.

7.3 Our Platform

PrintReadyTool.com, its software, design, trademarks, and all platform content are owned by us or our licensors. Nothing in these Terms grants you any right to use our trademarks or proprietary materials.

8. Third-Party Services

The Service relies on third-party providers including Google (Firebase, Gemini API), Cloudflare (R2), and Stripe. Your use of the Service is also subject to their respective terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for the actions or content of third-party services.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND. TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

We do not warrant that:

  • The Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses.
  • AI-generated content will be accurate, complete, or suitable for any particular purpose.
  • Any document content constitutes professional legal, medical, financial, or other advice.

10. Limitation of Liability

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL PrintReadyTool.com BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, REVENUE, OR PROFITS, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE, EVEN IF WE HAVE BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.

OUR TOTAL CUMULATIVE LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING FROM OR RELATING TO THESE TERMS OR THE SERVICE SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE 12 MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.

11. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time if you violate these Terms or engage in conduct harmful to other users or the Service. You may close your account at any time by contacting us.

Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. Sections 7, 9, 10, and 12 survive termination.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which PrintReadyTool.com operates, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of that jurisdiction.
